Soooo Much To Report!

Had an Easter card making class earlier this month.  These are the cards we made.
We had a great time and again enjoyed wine and appetizers at The Grape In The Fog wine bar.

I have another class scheduled for Monday at the same wine bar.  We'll be making these all occasion cards:
As you can see a variety of techniques will be used.

Then...
The Joyful Julie (she'll laugh at that!) has graciously asked me to work and sell my cards at her wonderful shop, Ressurected, in Rockaway Beach.  Her shop is so wonderful!  Lots of handmade and re-purposed items.  So much cute and ingenious crafting going on in there!

And...
These just went into the mail today for the March swap at Alpha Stamps.  Two accordion books for the "Easter Parade" swap.
The cover of the first one:

 Inside panels
Back panels

The second one
"The March of the Hares"

 Inside panels
 Back panel
These were done on heavy chipboard, ATC size and I heat embossed the edges in blue powder.

All the images in both books are from college sheets from Alpha Stamps
The background papers for the back panels are from K & Company / Susan Winget designer

I had never made and accordion book before so... so logistics had to be worked out.  Still, I think they turned out pretty cute.
Love, love, love gluing flowers on everything so it was a challenge to just use them on the outside so the inside panels would lie flat.  Luckily I found pictures of flowers to use on the inside.

The next swap at Alpha Stamps is a "Spring Fling" 4" x 4" coaster size collage.  OOOOHH!
Found some awesome Graphics 45 papers for this one, tee hee!

Also... Have you been to Prima Flowers site??  I follow it everyday and you would not believe all the beautiful, talented work they show.  Blows my mind!  Check it out here:

So, that's the latest here.  Lots more to come!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
xoxo
